I know how stressful and emotional relocating a family can be.  I strive to make my client's move as easy as possible, with least amount of stress and inconvenience. Our business relationships extend far beyond the closing of the transaction.  In 2001 I was recognized as one of only five Top New Associates for CBSHOME Real Estate and was honored with the Gold Circle Award.
Education/Designations
In addition to my college education I have completed a number of specialized real estate training courses. I have received the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation from the Nebraska REALTORS Association and the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation from the Nebraska State Home Builders Association.  Additionally, I have completed the nationally recognized Floyd Wickman Course.  This advanced training enables me to provide the best possible service for my clients.

Personal Comments
I am married to my wonderful wife Shirley and we have three great children-Dena, Nicole and David.  I enjoy all kinds of sports and am a proud member of the three time National Champions Cornhusker Corvette Club.  I have lived in the Omaha area all of my life and have personally owned and invested in real estate since I was sixteen years old.  My clients are very important to me and it is my personal goal to make certain you get the best Real Estate experience possible.
